Director- Teresa M. Iodice

The FCC Preschool welcomes families of children 3 to 5 years of age. Our program provides a caring environment where children are accepted unconditionally. Within our classrooms, teachers create experiences which encourage thinking, creative development and endless opportunities for growth. We are a non-sectarian nursery school. Children from all religious beliefs and backgrounds are included. Our goals are to

  • Foster close relationships with adults in order to develop the basic trust essential to a healthy life.
  • Provide opportunities to establish a community of peers.
  • Provide children with an experience of a wider world than home and immediate neighborhood.
  • Provide an environment that encourages the best possible start in life.

The school's day offers activities to help children develop their skills and abilities, explore new areas of knowledge and foster a sense of achievement. Activities during the day include art, circle time, creative play, math and science activities, music, outdoor playground, storytime. The day's schedule also has snack, lunch, and quiet time. The FCC Teachers are professionally trained educators. Prospective parents are encouraged to visit the school with their child for a tour of the classrooms and to meet the teachers. Please call Teresa Iodice 508-655-2171 to schedule a visit or for more information.

Teresa has been Director of our preschool since September 2001. Her professional experience includes over 20 years of teaching experience and owning/operating her own preschool/childcare business. Teresa is a mother of 4 children and is active in her community schools.
